Do you work with new and experienced agents?+

Yes. Homeology works with agents at different stages which is why we have the different paths but the right model, onboarding path and expectations depend on your experience and goals.

Does Homeology provide leads?+

Yes, eligible Full Team agents and Graduate 80/20 Partners may qualify for Team Pond, Team Lead Flow and ISA set opportunities. Standard 80/20 Partners do not receive this access unless separately approved in writing.

Can I keep building my personal brand?+

Yes. Homeology believes the team should strengthen the agent's name, reputation and long term business. Not replace it like most teams do.

Can agents transition between models?+

Yes! We will work with you to decide what is the best model based on your business and how involved or not involved you want to be with it.

What areas does Homeology serve?+

We are licensed in all of California but our primary footprint includes Greater Sacramento and surrounding Northern California communities, including Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El Dorado counties.

Will my conversation remain confidential?+

Yes. Exploring a potential move is personal and your initial conversation with Homeology will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

How long does onboarding take?+

On average, we should have you fully onboarded within 24-48 hours of you signing documents!
